Who is responsible for your data?

What data, and why?
When you send the booking or contact form, we receive: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (optional), your dates and number of guests (booking), and your message. This data is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to organize your stay. The legal basis is your consent and, for a booking, performance of the contract.
How long do we keep it?
Messages with no follow-up are kept for 3 years at most after the last exchange. Booking data is kept for the duration of the stay, then for the periods required by accounting and tax obligations.
Who has access?
Only the operator. Messages pass through our technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting of the site and of the sending functions) and Resend (sending of the notification e-mail), which may process data outside the European Union with appropriate safeguards. Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses no cookies, no audience-measurement tool and no external font or resource: no banner is therefore needed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@shawolin.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
